Kuala Lumpur, 16 May 2024 – A factory worker Jubaidah Chan has won the grand prize of a serviced apartment in the 2024 ‘Beli CUCKOO Menang Kondo’ contest, organised by CUCKOO International.

The Grand Ion Majestic Serviced Apartment by NCT Group, valued at over RM550,000, was awarded to Jubaidah, a single mother who has spent 15 years working long shifts to support her children.

Jubaidah received a CUCKOO massage chair from her sons as a birthday gift to help ease her leg pains, never imagining it would come with the keys to a new home. “I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never won anything in my life. This truly feels like a miracle, and I’m so grateful,” she said.

The contest, now in its third edition, rewards CUCKOO customers for their loyalty. This year’s prizes included a serviced apartment as the grand prize and a double-storey house as the first prize.

Rabbani Syarwan, the first prize winner, was awarded an Ion Belian Garden house valued at over RM450,000, which he plans to turn into a vacation home for his family.

CUCKOO International Executive Director and CEO, KC Hoe, expressed his excitement for the winners, noting that the contest is a way to give back to customers. “It is because of this support that we are able to celebrate our 10th Anniversary this year and continue to be the Healthy Home Creator for all Malaysians. I’m truly happy for the winners and hope that these prizes will be able to bring joy to them and their families. Our team remains committed to giving back to our customers, ensuring they not only enjoy our products and services but also feel truly appreciated as we continue to champion all Malaysians to be #SAMASAMAHealthier,” he said.

The 2024 contest not only celebrated customer loyalty but also CUCKOO International’s 10th anniversary. The company has several activities planned, including the CUCKOO TENtastic Deal with exclusive discounts and the CUCKOOTOPIA music festival scheduled for November 2024.
