Dato' Yap Fook Choy
Group Executive DirectorDato' Yap brings over three decades of experience in tiling, construction and property development, playing a key role in delivering major multi-million ringgit projects. He expanded into property development in 2008 alongside Dato' Sri Yap Ngan Choy, and has been instrumental in rehabilitating Bandar Salak Perdana and reviving Grand Ion Delemen. Projects under his supervision have received recognition from the ASEAN Property Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, Malaysia Tourism Council Gold Award and The Malaysia Book of Records.
Dato' Sri Yap Ngan Choy
Founder / Group Managing DirectorWith over 42 years of experience in construction and property development, Dato' Sri Yap founded NCT in 1985. He has led the Group from a tiling contractor into a multi-sector property developer, completing a wide range of projects across Malaysia — including hotels, condominiums, residential communities and key government developments such as the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya. In 2008, he played a pivotal role in rehabilitating Bandar Salak Perdana, then Malaysia's largest abandoned project, collectively representing an estimated GDV of RM1.0 billion.
Sae-Yap Atthakovit
Vice President, FinanceSae-Yap holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Manchester. Experienced in project financing, short- and long-term financial planning and corporate finance transactions, including land-related deals. He has contributed to the formulation of the Group's business strategies and serves on the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Group Project DirectorYap Chun Theng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Management from Nottingham Trent University. He began his career in 2006 as a Contract Executive, rising to Head of Contracts by 2007. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Yap previously served as Group COO, overseeing all development and construction projects across the Group's companies.

Led the successful listing of Channel Micron Holdings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2020.
